Drain cherries and set aside.
Cream together butter and icing sugar add cream and coconut then the vanilla.
Make small balls of dough in your hand and place a cherry in the centre.
Roll the ball until the cherry is completly covered then roll in graham cracker crumbs.
Place cookie on plate.
Continue to roll untill all the dough is used.
Put the plate of cookies in the fridge for two hours until firm.
