Ingredients
2-80z Package(s) Cream cheese
12 oz. Can(s) Crush pineapple, drained
2 Teaspoon(s) Chopped onion
1/4 Cup(s) Chopped green pepper
1 Cup(s) Chopped walnuts (reserve 1/2 cup)
1 Pinch(es) Salt
Instructions
Mix the cream cheese, pineapple, onion , green pepper and 1/2 half the walnuts together.
Add salt to taste.
Form a ball.
Chill in fridge for 2 hours.
Roll in remaining chopped walnuts.
Serve with crackers or chips.
