A delicious chocolate brownie that is great for an after school snack with a glass of cold milk.
3/4 Cup(s) Margarine, melted
1 1/2 Cup(s) Sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla
3/4 Cup(s) Flour
1/2 Cup(s) Cocoa
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Baking powder
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
Prehet oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 8 inch square pan.
In a large bowl blend margarine, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at at time, beating well after each addition.
In a medium bowl combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt and add to first indgredients.
Spread in the greased pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with icing sugar and cut into squares when cool.
