Chidlren will love these caramel apples for a special treat on Halloween.
2 Package(s) Caramels, unwrapped
2 Tablespoon(s) Water
8 Medium Apples, favourite kind
1 Large Bottle Sprinkles in yellow, orange, black
8 Stick(s) Wooden craft sticks
Butter a piece of foil large enough for all the apples; set aside.
Wash apples and insert sticks.
In a large pot melt caramels and water together.
Cook on medium-low heat until caramels are melted and smooth; stirring so mixture does not stick to bottom of pot.
Dip apples into hot caramel, spooning over apples to coat evenly.
Place on prepared foil and generoulsy sprinkle with the candy sprinkles.
Allow to set and cool before serving.
