Roast Beet with Pan Gravy

Try this roast beef recipe for Sunday dinner; serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables.
4 - 5 Pound(s) Sirloin roast
2 Teaspoon(s) Dry mustard
2 Teaspoon(s) Worchestershire sauce
1 Teaspoon(s) Garlic powder
1 Whole Beef Bouillon
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix dry mustard and worchestershire sauce, in a small bowl.
Place roast in roasting pan and spread above mixture on top.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes per pound for rare, 25 to 30 minutes per pound for medium done or 30 to 35 per pound for well done.
Remove from roasting pan.
Scrap all meat drippings from roasting pan into a saucepan.
Add bouillon cube and a little water.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Carve roast and serve with pan gravy.
